Covestro completes acquisition of former Vencorex sites in Thailand and the US

German polymer materials manufacturer, Covestro finalised the acquisition of two former Vencorex production facilities in Rayong, Thailand, and Freeport, USA, to expand its manufacturing presence in the coatings and adhesives sector.
