Electronics packaging in focus: Tata-Bosch partner; new appliance labelling regulations

On 10 July, a draft regulation, released by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, proposed new appliance labelling regulations. In addition, on 17 July, Tata Electronics and Bosch signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on chip packaging.
