IIT Roorkee develops millet-based edible cup

The IIT Roorkee team of three - Bhushan Meshram, Prachi Jain, and Kirtiraj Gaikwad - created a cost-effective and biodegradable Kodo millet-based edible cup. The sustainable development significantly reduces the carbon footprint of packaging.
