Packem Umasree inaugurates rPET bottle-to-bag factory in Ahmedabad

Packem Umasree launched India’s first 100% sustainable rPET bottle-to-bag plant in Ahmedabad on 16 April. The partnership between India’s Umasree Texplast and Brazil’s Packem takes a leap with the installation, which aims to produce 100% sustainable Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC) bags from recycled PET or PCR.
