At the core of the machine’s value proposition is its ability to deliver a premium, high-gloss finish that rivals expensive digital processes. It offers a flexible production speed, peaking at 4,500 impressions per hour (iph). For specialised UV curing and intricate foiling jobs, operators can modulate the speed between 2,000 and 4,500 iph to ensure perfect registration and curing depth. While the output is more specialised than traditional hot foiling, its all-in-one capability offers an agile choice for handling diverse job profiles within a single machine. 

A key differentiator for the Jinbao range is its manufacturing pedigree. The company maintains a self-reliant production model, manufacturing 95% of its components in-house using advanced computer numerical control (CNC) infrastructure.
