Capable of processing up to 800 bottles per minute (48,000 BPH), the PM x Irundin high-speed filling line is designed to transition manufacturers from traditional semi-automated processes to a fully integrated, high-volume production environment. Furthermore, its QuickChange technology facilitates tool-free, rapid format changes, allowing manufacturers to switch between SKUs — such as 200-ml and 1-litre bottles — in record time to maintain supply chain agility.

Hygiene and shelf-life extension are managed through the system’s CleanFlow Pro design and oxygen control features. The advanced clean-in-place (CIP) and sterilisation-in-place (SIP) architecture meets the stringent standards of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) while reducing water consumption by 40%. 

For the premium wine and juice export markets, the O² Control technology provides vacuum-free inertization, extending product shelf life without the need for chemical preservatives. These features are housed in modular monobloc to pentabloc systems that save floor space and reduce synchronisation errors between machines.

Operational reliability is enhanced by Data Stream, an IoT-enabled predictive maintenance system. This technology is specifically relevant for plants in remote Indian industrial hubs, as it detects potential mechanical failures before they occur, ensuring 24/7 production.
