60 speakers at Pack.Nxt scheduled for 16 December in Mumbai
The one-day conference will shave 60 industry experts, representing the biggest names in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, eCommerce, and technology has been confirmed for the third edition of Pack.Nxt.

Scheduled for 16 December 2025 at The Lalit, Mumbai, the one-day summit will host over 350 delegates. The event is designed to bring together brand owners, converters, and technology providers to address the smart, active, and sustainable transition in Indian packaging.
The speaker faculty features a concentration of R&D and packaging heads from the food and beverage sector. Coca-Cola India will be represented by sustainability expert Vinay Henry, alongside Swarn Singh Grover, director of R&D (South Asia) at Kellogg Company.
The domestic and global FMCG landscape will be further represented by Dr Prabodh Halde, head of regulatory affairs at Marico India; Subhra Sankha Nandi, packaging head at Wipro Consumer Care; and Siddharth Banerjee, DGM packaging at Godrej Consumer Products.
Other speakers from the food sector include Abhishek Arora, group head, strategic sourcing, LT Foods; Swapnil Bhardwaj, central quality and regulatory affairs manager, Haldiram Snacks; Kajal Debnath, chief regulatory officer, DFM Foods; and Vishal Poojara, senior manager - packaging, AMEA Region, Danone.
High-value packaging segments like pharmaceuticals and personal care will see significant participation. Bhupesh Kumar Mittal, technical packaging programme lead (APAC) for Bayer Consumer Healthcare, is set to speak, bringing a regional perspective to the table.
He will be joined by senior leaders from the Indian pharma industry, including Prasad Satam, VP packaging R&D, Aurobindo Pharma; Subhrajit Bhowmik, associate director, Cipla Health; Shriniwas Singh, head of packaging development, Themis Medicare; Kaustubh Kulkarni, section head, Wockhardt; and Santosh Panda, senior category manager, GSK Pharmaceuticals.
From the beauty and personal care segments, the lineup includes Koel Bhadra, AGM of packaging innovation at L'Oreal; Mradul Jain, staff engineer at Kenvue; and Manash Tumulu, GM of packaging development at Emami.
Addressing the critical role of packaging in logistics and customer experience, the event will feature Sri Krishnan J, senior director of quality and packaging at Flipkart, and Prasad Shriram Joshi from Amazon India Operations.
The rapid delivery and food tech space will be represented by Rajkanya Mahapatra, lead – plastics and circular economy, Zomato, and Yashasvi Mishra, associate director – packaging and procurement, Licious.
On the solutions and technology front, Tabrez Shaikh, director of sales and customer success at Esko, and Rajesh Bhogavalli, president of supply chain and sustainability at EPL, will address the delegates.
Providing the necessary regulatory and academic framework will be Dr Babu Rao Guduri and Dr Subodh Juikar from the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP), alongside Omprakash Sadhwani, former joint commissioner of the FDA Maharashtra, and Kirtiraj K Gaikwad from IIT Roorkee.
The conference agenda covers critical tracks, including smart packaging technologies, the new materials revolution, and regulatory readiness, concluding with the Pack.Nxt Awards 2025.
