Bobst will position collaboration at the centre of its Interpack 2026 presence, using partner-led demonstrations and joint developments to showcase advances in packaging production.
Rather than focusing on standalone equipment, the company will activate multiple touchpoints across the exhibition, highlighting how technology providers, material suppliers and converters can work together to address production and sustainability challenges.
Christian Zeller, head of marketing for printing and converting at Bobst, said, “Interpack is one of the premier events for our industry, and this year we will be standing alongside the partners who share our vision for the future of packaging.”
He added that the company’s approach reflects a broader shift towards connected production environments. “From labels to corrugated, the conversations we are having, the technologies we are demonstrating and the connections we are making all point in the same direction.”
A key element of the programme is a joint presentation with Michelman, focusing on barrier solutions aligned to emerging regulatory requirements. The session will explore how developments in chemistry and converting technologies can combine to meet both performance and compliance needs.
Bobst will also display co-created samples developed with partners including Dow Chemical, Henkel and Sun Chemical, aimed at demonstrating application-driven outcomes across packaging formats.
Beyond the show floor, the company will host demonstrations at its packaging centre in Bielefeld, where it will introduce a new demonstration concept built around a ‘first pull right’ job-changeover methodology. The approach focuses on improving production efficiency and reducing setup times through process optimisation.
