Conference on sustainable printing inks in Delhi

The PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI), Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), and Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) are set to organise a conference on sustainable printing inks on 29 April 2025, at the PHD house, New Delhi.

The event is set to delve into matters related to ‘Innovations driving eco-friendly printing solutions’. Aligned with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), Indian companies are increasingly encouraged to adopt sustainable inks for packaging, especially for export markets.

The transition is being deemed essential for compliance with global environmental standards and to enhance India’s green trade practices. The key focus areas of the conference will speak about innovations in sustainable ink technologies, regulatory frameworks and environmental compliance, industry best practices, and emerging global trends impacting the center.
