Cosmo Films deepened post-show commercial discussions and accelerated customer trial protocols across European, Asian, and American converting networks post Interpack.

The company targeted wider distribution for its high-performance flexible substrates while addressing global regulatory compliance and material recyclability hurdles. The manufacturer focused on engineering research and development to help global consumer brands transition toward mono-material structures without lower operating speeds or reduced barrier metrics on high-speed filling lines.

At the centre of the exhibition showcase, the company introduced its sustainable polyvinyl chloride-free graphic films and chemically recycled post-consumer recycled (PCR) biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) barrier structures. The technical line-up included puncture-resistant metallized CPP barrier films engineered for high-moisture applications, alongside high-shrink PET-G label films designed for complex container geometries. For high-speed confectionery processing, the manufacturer deployed next-generation transparent CPP films calibrated specifically to maintain optical clarity and seal integrity during rapid chocolate sealing operations.

Beyond flexible thin-film extrusion, the corporate display spanned products from its diversified industrial portfolios, highlighting rigid containers, high-barrier sheets, functional masterbatches, specialized lamination adhesives, and performance coating chemicals. The company catered to food and beverage processing, FMCG, personal care, pharmaceuticals, and automotive protection markets. In the domestic manufacturing landscape, the company maintained globally benchmarked quality frameworks, securing food safety system certification (FSSC 22000) for its rigid packaging division while integrating renewable energy systems to lower the carbon footprint of its core film production plants.

For the remainder of fiscal 2026, the organization prioritized commercial volume expansion for its specialty film lines, maximizing the capacity utilization of its recently commissioned CPP and BOPP extrusion lines.

It drove market penetration for its newer business extensions, including structural chemicals, rigid thermoformed packaging, sunshield window layers, and scratch-resistant paint protection films.

The enterprise aligned its manufacturing outputs with prominent global exhibition trends, focusing on circular economy compliance, lightweight material substitution, and structural designs that enhance retail shelf velocity while minimizing environmental impact.
