DCGpac has announced the launch of DCGPAC UK Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary, at Packaging Innovations & Empack 2026 in Birmingham. The move marks the company’s second international subsidiary after the UAE and signals its intent to build a structured India–UK–EU sustainable packaging corridor.

According to the company, the UK arm will act as a strategic gateway to the UK and European markets, offering cost-effective and scalable packaging solutions supported by India-based manufacturing and its AI-enabled procurement and supply chain platform. The development aligns with the evolving India–UK and India–EU Free Trade Agreements, which are expected to strengthen bilateral trade.

DCGpac confirmed it has signed its first large export contract with a UK-based multinational company, with shipments scheduled to commence this month. Dedicated teams have been deployed in the UK to support customers and regional expansion.

Suresh Bansal, founder and chairman of DCGpac, said the launch represents a long-term commitment to sustainable supply chains and circular packaging solutions connecting India with Europe.

Seema Bansal, co-founder and executive director, said the UK provides a natural access point to Europe as trade frameworks evolve and sustainability requirements tighten.

A key element of the company’s UK strategy is its partnership and investment in UKHI. Combined with DCGpac’s manufacturing facility in Noida, the group aims to offer vertically integrated solutions spanning raw materials, manufacturing, logistics and recycling.

Vishal Vivek, founder and director of UKHI, said the collaboration combines compostable material innovation with manufacturing scale and digital supply chain capabilities.

DCGpac outlined its integrated ecosystem as including raw material production, sustainable and compostable packaging manufacturing, cross-border logistics, UK and EU fulfilment, AI-led procurement platforms and circular economy solutions.

The company in its press release, said it is positioning its offering around compostable, agri-waste-based and food-safe packaging, as global brands look to align with ESG targets and regulatory compliance. With operations now spanning India, the UAE and the UK, DCGpac is seeking to expand its European footprint through an integrated and sustainability-focused supply model.
