The launch of Drink Technology in New Delhi this year establishes a dedicated procurement and networking platform for the beverage and liquid food industries. Spanning 5,000-sqm of exhibition space, the summit aims to bridge the gap between technology providers and decision-makers. The event will focus on the entire value chain, encompassing packaged water, juices, breweries, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages.
The exhibition is set to host over 100 exhibitors and more than 1,000 products, offering a marketplace for advancements in processing, packaging, and raw materials. Attendees can expect an overview of solutions ranging from sensory refinement and additives to cross-industry process technologies.
The summit will also focus on industrial modernisation, with sections dedicated to process automation, IT solutions, and laboratory equipment. Furthermore, the event will address evolving sustainability requirements through showcases of recycling machinery and water treatment systems.
Business integration and knowledge exchange
Beyond the exhibition floor, the summit will feature buyer-seller forums to facilitate engagement between suppliers and procurement teams. These frameworks are designed to accelerate business conversations and transform technical inquiries into active projects. The integration of intralogistics and energy systems further ensures that the event covers the operational infrastructure necessary for large-scale production facilities.
Industry dialogue and future trends
A core component of Drink Technology is the conference program scheduled for 23 April. This gathering will serve as an intellectual centre for the event, featuring panel discussions led by industry experts and thought leaders.
On the morning of 23 April, the discussions will tackle environmental themes, including a panel on reinventing packaging with representatives from Pernod Ricard and Nestle, followed by a deep dive into decarbonisation strategies featuring leaders from Coca-Cola and Bisleri.
The afternoon sessions will pivot to market evolution and modernisation. Entrepreneurs from brands such as Sleepy Owl, Lahori Zeera, and Epigamia will discuss consumer journeys and the technological decisions required to maintain competitiveness in an increasingly digitalised landscape.
The sessions are structured to address market trends and technological shifts, providing a space for trade buyers to benchmark solutions.
