This intuitive platform is a lighter, more accessible alternative to enterprise-level workflow systems, specifically tailored for in-house packaging production teams of emerging brands.
Srinivas Kuppa, Esko's chief product officer, highlighted that WebCenter Go expands the functionality of their flagship WebCenter packaging management platform. Kuppa said, "Accessible, scalable, and designed for fast-moving product teams, WebCenter Go enables growing brands to collaborate on packaging, eliminate errors, ensure quality, and go to market faster than competitors."
WebCenter Go acts as a central collaboration hub for New Product Development (NPD), regulatory affairs, and other teams. Key features include a flexible workflow builder with templates for packaging reviews and a comprehensive proofing toolkit. This ensures that packaging artwork is produced accurately and efficiently, every time.
Kuppa emphasised the platform's ability to simplify complex packaging and label development processes. He said, "From customisable checklists and colour accuracy verification to making version comparison quicker and easier, WebCenter Go enables teams to build approval workflows, proofread pack copy and check artwork compliance all in one place and right out of the box."
A significant highlight of WebCenter Go is the integration of Esko's new AI-powered tool, Comply. This intelligent, automated solution uses customisable rules and AI to validate critical components of product packaging and promotional materials. Comply can detect missing allergens, incorrect barcodes, FDA formatting violations, and other potential errors, ensuring regulatory adherence.
Kuppa said, "With WebCenter Go, teams have a complete packaging management solution that helps them move fast without compromising on quality, user experience or regulatory standards." The platform's pre-built templates, transparent workflows, user-friendly interface, rapid deployment, and adaptability to evolving packaging needs make it an ideal solution for growing brands across various sectors, including Food & Beverage, nutraceuticals, contract manufacturing, agrochemicals, beauty, and personal care.
Teams can build workflows, proof files, ensure regulatory compliance, and visualise final packaging designs in 3D, all within a single platform. Initially showcased at Esko World 2025, WebCenter Go is now globally available to brands seeking to enhance their packaging management processes.
