Gemni Food Equipments will showcase a suite of automated solutions at the upcoming trade fair in Hall 1, Stand D51. The company, which specialises in confectionery machinery, will present systems designed for the high-volume production of sugar cones, wafer sticks, and moulded ice cream containers.
The highlight of the exhibit is the RSC-66, an automatic rolled sugar cone machine. The system is engineered to maintain a balance between crisp texture and structural strength for industrial ice cream applications. It features a seamless transition from the baking plate to the rolling device, ensuring the cone is shaped while the material remains pliable. The RSC-66 utilises precision thickness control and automated batter deposition to ensure uniform wall thickness and reduce product waste.
The company will also feature the ACG V4 series, its latest automatic ice cream cone baking machine. This series incorporates radiant heat distribution manifolds designed to reduce energy consumption while providing a consistent finish. The ACG V4 offers nearly double the output capacity of previous models and features a fully automated cycle for industrial-scale production.
For the premium snacking segment, the firm will display the GI-4R-100, a four-row automatic wafer stick machine. This unit is capable of producing standard hollow sticks, chocolate-filled varieties, and bi-colour striped sticks. The machine operates with integrated sheet cooling systems that stabilise the wafer structure immediately after baking to prevent cracking. Sunil Pamnani, proprietor of Gemni Food Equipments, will lead the demonstrations from 07 May to 13 May 2026.
