Loeschpack and Hastamat demonstrated a continuous end-to-end process tailored for the food packaging sector at Interpack. The showcased line integrated key operational stages, beginning with product feeding and distribution, followed by primary flowpack packaging and precise weighing. The process concluded with secondary packaging in block bottom bags, offering a streamlined solution for high-volume manufacturers.

The exhibition highlighted several core machines within the integrated line, including the Lomatic system and the FHW-S. For weighing requirements, the companies utilised the CP14 multihead weigher, which fed into the KBM block bottom bag machine for final pack formation. This combination of hardware ensured a seamless transition between primary and secondary packaging stages, maintaining throughput speed without compromising on the precision of the weight or the integrity of the seal.

In addition to the primary production line, Loeschpack hosted the world premiere of the LTS-Duo. The display also featured the RCB and CMT models, further expanding the company's portfolio of specialised wrapping and cartoning solutions. By presenting these technologies in a connected environment, the sister companies aimed to demonstrate how automation reduces manual intervention across the entire packaging value chain, from raw product intake to the shelf-ready secondary pack.
