Naming it as the “Mespack land” at Interpack, the company aims to feature experience from talking to packaging machinery to fully integrated solutions in action.

The Mespack land is structured around three pillars: Sustainability, digitalisation, and turnkey solutions, as well as machinery dedicated for pharma and nutraceuticals. It offers a comprehensive vision of how packaging lines can evolve to meet today’s industrial and environmental challenges.

In regard to the digitalisation area, Mespack will showcase its digital ecosystem, combining Athena (the digital platform that controls and optimises each machine) with Mescada, which extends this intelligence to monitor and manage entire packaging lines across the factory.

Athena remains the digital backbone of Mespack machines, enabling advanced control, data acquisition, and performance optimisation at machine level. Live demonstrations feature how Athena allows users to talk and interact directly with the machine, while Mescada enables centralised monitoring and control of multiple packaging lines within the same factory. The software delivers real‑time KPIs, OEE monitoring, reporting, preventive maintenance, and AI‑assisted decision‑making, which transforms production data into actionable insights.

One of the key highlights at Mespack land is the live launch of the new HKE Series, Mespack’s next-generation horizontal platform designed to redefine high-speed flexible packaging production. The HKE Series is built around an electronically controlled vertical carousel concept; it is designed to deliver high stability, continuous production, and format flexibility in both roll‑stock and pre‑made pouch applications.

The Mespack land will also highlight the company’s turnkey expertise through several fully integrated solutions on display. Visitors will discover:

  1. The new CS | CL Cartoner Series, presented as part of a turnkey solution with the MLC Series.
  2. The H360 FED Inverted Spout solution, developed in collaboration with Menshen.
  3. A wrap‑around solution that can be integrated with Mespack primary packaging machines.
  4. A pharma turnkey solution, combining the MSPH platform with a Famartec cartoner.
  5. Hydroformas for pods, showcased in both rotary and flat‑bed versions.

Sustainability takes center stage at Mespack land through collaboration with partners: Dow is supplying high‑barrier co‑extruded recyclable films powered by Elite, Surlyn, and Affinity PE resins. These will be run on the MLC Series, showcasing advanced mono‑material structures for sachet applications. The material has been printed by Comexi.

On the HKE Series, Mespack will process recycle‑ready mono-material film and paper‑based solutions from Amcor, Mondi and ProAmpac. This will highlight high‑performance PE and PP structures, functional barrier papers, and mono‑material recyclable films for flexible pouches.

Menshen is collaborating on the H360 FED Inverted Spout solution, featuring a 100% recyclable PE flip‑top spout applied to this new platform. The material used in this machine is done and printed by Constantia.

Regarding secondary packaging, Saica is providing recyclable wrap‑around cartons integrated with Mespack primary packaging machines, while Famartec will participate with cartoning solutions as part of a pharma turnkey line that combines the MSPH platform with this equipment.

From a process and quality perspective, watttron will demonstrate smart digital sealing technology, and Spookfish, a new partner, will showcase thermal camera systems for seal inspection and process monitoring integrated into Mespack lines.

Finally, Global Factor, also joining Mespack land as a new partner, will provide carbon‑footprint calculations and carbon‑credit solutions, enabling visitors to understand how packaging sustainability can be measured, managed, and improved through data‑driven tools.
