Nupur Recyclers is in the news because it has acquired approximately 4.5 acres of land in Sampla, Haryana, for the establishment of a new manufacturing unit, with construction already underway.
Meanwhile, the company has announced its financial results for the quarter and half-yearly period ended September 2025, highlighting robust growth in profit after tax (PAT) that has surpassed the previous quarter’s performance. Despite a marginal decrease in total income compared to the June 2025 quarter, the company's PAT for the September 2025 quarter grew by 7.13% to INR 433.28-lakh, up from INR 404.45-lakh in the preceding quarter.
The company completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Tycod Autotech, a firm specialising in auto component manufacturing for clients such as Tata Motors, Rudrapur, Multitech Auto Private, Sundaram Fasteners, and Interpump Hydraulics India.
Nupur Extrusion, a Nupur Recyclers subsidiary, is set to launch a new manufacturing facility in Haryana next month. This unit will supply materials to leading businesses in solar plant manufacturing and OEM operations, strengthening the group's presence in high-growth sectors.
Commenting on the performance, Rajesh Gupta, the managing director of Nupur Recyclers, said, “We remain confident in our long-term growth trajectory despite a marginal decline in turnover during the September 2025 quarter." He added, “This reflects our continued investments toward expansion, diversification, and integration efforts, including the recent acquisition and increased support to our group companies. These initiatives are strategic in nature and are expected to yield strong, sustainable returns over the coming periods."
Nupur Recyclers is a leading importer, trader, and processor of ferrous and non-ferrous metal scraps, including shredded zinc, zinc die-cast scraps, Zurik scrap, and aluminium scrap grades.
