In blown film extrusion, precise dosing and uniform material distribution are critical for consistent film quality, reduced waste, and repeatable performance. The booth will also display live extrusion automation from Syncro Group on the blown film line. It will present its gravimetric dosing unit – Mybatch, designed to deliver control directly on the production line.

Mybatch provides accuracy and its high-precision gravimetric control ensures exact dosing of each component—eliminating variations and maintaining formulation integrity. Its uniform material mixing guarantees consistent mechanical and optical properties across the entire film width.
