Parksons Packaging appoints Deepak Ganjoo as new CEO

Parksons Packaging, a leading player in the Indian packaging industry, has appointed Deepak Ganjoo as its new chief executive officer, effective 19 January, 2026.

Ganjoo brings a wealth of experience, spanning nearly three decades in the packaging sector and across diverse global markets. His appointment is expected to bolster Parksons' ambitious growth strategy, with a focus on strengthening execution and deepening engagement with both customers and employees.

Throughout his career, Ganjoo has held senior responsibilities across various crucial business functions, including strategic development, sales and marketing, manufacturing operations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), integration, and digital transformation. As per the Parksons official press note, "His proven ability to build and scale sustainable, profitable businesses is cited as a key factor aligning with Parksons’ core purpose."

The company noted that his values-based and people-centric leadership approach makes him a strong cultural fit as the organisation prepares for its next phase of expansion.

The appointment further strengthens the leadership structure at Parksons, which is defined as a family-led, PE-backed, and professionally run organisation. Ganjoo will work in close collaboration with the Kejriwal Family, who remain actively engaged in shaping the company’s long-term vision and growth trajectory.
