Romaco Group showcases its latest advancements in granulation, tablet pressing, and coating technology at Interpack 2026 in Dusseldorf, focusing on precision and versatility for pharmaceutical production lines.

The group exhibits its portfolio at a joint booth with Truking Technology Europe, featuring machinery from the Innojet, Kilian, and Tecpharm product lines. A primary highlight of the display is the world presentation of the Maximus from Romaco Tecpharm, which the company identifies as its flagship development in tablet coating engineering. This system is designed to provide high levels of process control and efficiency for pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Granulation and tablet compression
For high-precision granulation and coating, the company demonstrates the Romaco Innojet Ventilus V Lab. This laboratory-scale unit allows for the processing of small batches while maintaining the technical parameters required for scale-up to industrial production. The unit focuses on the uniform application of coatings and efficient drying processes.

In the tablet compression segment, the Romaco Kilian KTS 840 and the KTP 1X tablet presses are on display. The KTS 840 is positioned as a high-capacity powerhouse for large-scale production, while the KTP 1X offers flexibility for research and development or smaller batch runs. Both machines are engineered to handle a variety of pharmaceutical formulations with high accuracy in tablet weight and hardness.

Technical expertise on-site
The Romaco sales and technical teams are present at the stand in Hall 16 to provide detailed walkthroughs of the equipment and address specific technical challenges. The exhibition serves as a platform for the group to demonstrate how its integrated processing solutions can improve production throughput and maintain the stringent quality standards required in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors.

The display at Interpack underscores the company's commitment to engineering excellence and innovation in motion, providing a comprehensive look at the machinery that supports the modern pharmaceutical supply chain from initial granulation to final tablet coating.
