SB-Constantia appoints Amit Shah as the new CEO
The joint venture between SB Packagings and Constantia Flexibles, SB-Constantia has appointed Amit Shah as the new CEO, with over 32 years of experience in the packaging industry.

Shah brings over 32 years of experience across the packaging industry, with expertise in flexible packaging, paperboard, and pharmaceutical packaging, and a strong track record of driving business transformation.
Prior to joining SB-Constantia, he served as president at UFlex, where he played a key role in building a high-performance organisation and turning around the business. He has also held senior leadership roles at ITC Limited (SBU - Packaging and Printing) and Huhtamaki.
As CEO, Shah will lead SB-Constantia's strategic direction with a continued focus on strengthening customer relationships, innovation and sustainability, operational excellence, and quality.
The JV shows confidence in his leadership and believes it will further strengthen its collaboration and create long-term value for all stakeholders. With the volume of 80,000 metric tonnes and over 500 customers, the company aims to expand further.
With a team of approximately 2,700+ employees across eight manufacturing plants in India, the company believes, “We are well-equipped to meet the growing demand for packaging solutions that are both innovative and sustainable.”
