Sidel will use Interpack 2026 to highlight its capabilities in complete line solutions, as manufacturers face increasing pressure to manage complexity across packaging formats, materials and production speeds.

At Hall 13, the company will showcase integrated systems covering beverage, food, home care and personal care applications, with a focus on improving line efficiency, flexibility and operational reliability.

The presentation centres on turnkey production lines, where design, installation and support are combined to streamline operations and reduce downtime. These systems are designed to handle a wide range of packaging formats, including PET, cartons and flexible pouches, reflecting the growing diversity of packaging requirements.

Davide Sighinolfi, vice president for food, home and personal care at Sidel, said, “At Sidel, our complete line expertise is a key driver in helping customers across market categories such as edible oil, sauces and dressings and home care.” He added that the company’s experience in handling different bottle types enables it to deliver performance and flexibility across applications.

A key highlight at the show will be the launch of the Cermex RoboSelex system, a robotic collating solution designed for case packing applications. The system enables continuous product flow without accumulation, while handling lightweight containers across multiple shapes and formats at speeds of up to 320 products per minute.

The system has been engineered to support fast changeovers, with format changes completed in minutes, allowing manufacturers to switch between production runs with minimal disruption.

Sighinolfi said the company’s approach combines equipment with smart automation to address operational challenges. He said, “Whether cartons, tubes, or flexible pouches, we master packaging complexity through a top-class equipment portfolio enhanced by advanced smart technologies and user-focused, safe automation.”

Sidel will also present its RoboAccess Pal S palletising system, designed for compact installation and flexible operation. The system supports pallet heights of up to 2200 mm while maintaining a small footprint, making it suitable for facilities with limited space.

Additional technologies on display include aseptic systems such as the Aseptic Predis X4 and the EvoBlow Laser blowing technology, both aimed at improving performance and sustainability in PET bottle production.

Sidel said it expects Interpack to provide a platform to engage with manufacturers looking to upgrade to more flexible and integrated production systems, as packaging lines become increasingly complex and data-driven.
