From the month of October to December, the company continues to make headlines, showing its flexo capabilities. The company’s highlights date back to 2024, when it hit a landmark print of 208-lpi with flexo.
The company was recognised for such a job at PrintWeek Awards for innovative printing at PET, LDPE, HDPE, PVC, PP, PS, metal/glass.
The sample shared for PrintWeek Awards was produced for PrintPack 2025 to demonstrate the flexo printing capabilities with AM/FM screening technologies. The sample demonstrates various high-quality images printed with AM/FM screening at different screen rulings ranging from 150 to 208-lpi.
The sample also demonstrates that the most critical and intricate design elements of flexo printing, such as drop shadows, vignettes, grey balance, wider colour gamut, and smooth colour gradients can be successfully produced.

Print resolution in the range of 179 to 208-lpi is a novel concept in CI flexo, as the process involves continuous improvement, learning and adaptation. Printing at such high resolution leads to more detailed and higher quality images which results in improved sharpness, smoothness, and overall visual appearance of the printed output.
Jainam Shah, technical director of Flexure Print N Pack, says, “What distinguishes our wins is not merely the medals, but the consistency with which the company’s technical standards were recognised by three distinct, high-calibre juries. These recognitions signal a maturing of India’s packaging landscape, with Flexure emerging as one of its most promising technical flag-bearers.”
Flexure reinforced its flexo capabilities by winning the Promotional Print category at the FlexoTech International Print & Innovations Awards. The company was also named a finalist in the Flexible Packaging (narrow/medium-web) on film category — showcasing its versatility and commitment to excellence across segments.

Adding to Flexure’s achievements, the company bagged three awards at Asian Packaging Excellence Awards 2025, including a gold in Packaging Proofing and Narrow Web Flexo (Film); and a bronze award in Mid Web Flexo (Film).
Talking about the improvements in flexo capabilities and output, Jainam Shah says, “Modern consumer product company expectations have driven the design of flexible packaging products. The quality of flexo print products is determined by collaboration between pre-media, prepress, and pressroom companies, as reflected in the printed samples.”
Reflecting on a landmark year, Ketu Shah, managing partner of Flexure Print N Pack, states, “The company’s ambition is to lead not only in print quality but also in sustainable, future-ready packaging innovation. Our focus is to adopt smarter technologies, strengthen our capabilities, and continue contributing meaningfully to the global packaging ecosystem.”
Jainam Shah says the company’s mantra is, “Modern flexo - from four colour to seven colour fixed palette printing with quick job setup and changeover, greater process standardisation, intelligent automation, digitalised workflows, and overall cost optimisation.”
