Features
The varnish offers a 3D embossed foil effect. With an add-on to stick the foil over the product.

It is multi-purpose, cost-effective and convenient. The process employed is screen printing, which allows for application on any object -  a round wine bottle or square perfume bottle, metal plate or on flexible leather materials and fabrics.

Applications
The whole wide packaging industry including saree boxes, mithai boxes, perfume and wine bottles, and all the luxury packaging products.

Sunline’s key customers are offset printers, wedding card manufacturers, luxury packaging industry, perfume bottles, wine bottles, screen printers and UV printers.

Perks
The effect is achieved through screen printing. The print method is of low investment, and thereby beneficial for the SME sector of the Indian packaging industry.

The screen print method employs a thermal lamination machine, which makes it very cost-effective and faster. With manufacturing in India, the cost of the product is 50% of the imported product.

Tech specs
The manual, semi-automatic screen printing machine can achieve an assembly line speed of 2,000 sheets per hour. A fully-automatic high-speed screen printing machine can run at 4,000 sheets per hour.

With exports to the international market including countries like the USA, Russia, UAE, Kenya, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
