The USP of these cartons was that it is India's first clean luxury, sustainable, refillable, natural and vegan product.

The judges loved that the submissions were manually screen printed, enabling the company to add many colours to special designs. It's gone through with the stencil of the design (film positives) for its pre-press operations.

Rahul Lodh of First Impression said, “All the papers and paperboard used for this brand are recycled and FSI certified. The special part of the product is its blind embossing, which makes it so clear that you can count the leaves on it.” He added, “We have done this embossing on the Nylo Plate (male-female dye).”

The design elements of the samples consisted of flowers and leaves, with the pre-press of screen printing separation. The job’s post-press operations included foiling and blind embossing, and punching; printed on Sona’s Glasgow Green papers. All the four samples were produced in different quantities; 5,500, 7,000, 4,200, and 3,500 respectively.

Customer feedback
“Our collaboration with First Impression goes beyond printing; it was instrumental in the design creation and prototype phases of several of our colour cosmetic lines. The construction of a magnetic palette with raised screen print embossing and lamination. This project required a combination of cutting-edge skills and aesthetic elegance, which was delivered beautifully. The embossing process added a tactile depth to the package, improving our clients' unpacking experience.”
