ACG appoints Nikhil Kulkarni as CEO

Nikhil Kulkarni has been announced as the Group CEO of ACG Engineering and will lead the strategic direction and operations of the engineering division of ACG.

Kulkarni’s career spans global markets where he held leadership positions

Nikhil Kulkarni, appointed as ACG Engineering’s Group CEO, will oversee the strategic direction and operations of the engineering division of ACG.

Nikhil Kulkarni brings expertise in global product strategy, business development, profit and loss (P&L) management, and end-to-end product lifecycle execution. In his role as the CEO of ACG Engineering, he will report to Karan Singh, managing director of ACG.

Kulkarni’s career spans global markets — India, the United States, Europe, and China — where he held leadership positions at Tata Autocomp Hendrickson Suspension, Minda Corporation, Faurecia Clean Mobility (FORVIA), and Stoneridge. He has led strategic projects for a range of technologies and products, including power electronics, emissions systems, safety features, fuel economy solutions, and driver information systems for commercial and passenger vehicles, as well as two-wheeler and three-wheeler platforms.

Kulkarni is an engineer by training, with a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Shivaji University. He is also a trained Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) expert.
