Dscoop India’s community-led Bangalore Meet, Scaling Smart, is a two-day gathering of India’s print and packaging visionaries at The Chancery Hotel, Lavelle Road, Bengaluru.

The event, taking place from 7-8 November, will spotlight breakthrough technologies, government initiatives, and real-world success stories driving smarter growth in the print industry. Participants will explore how digital transformation and AI are reshaping production, design, and business scalability for MSMEs and startups.

Rashmi Sharma, community success manager for South Asia at Dscoop, says the meet is about action as much as ideas. “Scaling Smart is built by the community and for the community. Our aim is to move beyond theory and show how AI, digital presses and disciplined processes translate into real productivity gains and stronger profitability,” she says. Sharma adds that the format prioritises practical exchange. “Expect candid roundtables, real numbers and takeaways that teams can apply the next morning.”

The event will highlight AI-enhanced design workflows featuring sessions that demonstrate how generative AI automates embellishment selection, photo correction, and template creation—enhancing both speed and creativity. In addition, experts will unpack the financial incentives and policy frameworks that support India’s print and packaging MSMEs, with a curated showcase of next-generation applications in commercial print, packaging, and photo segments. The event will also feature candid discussions on manpower management, value-based selling, and digital marketing best practices.

In addition, delegates will tour Bengaluru’s Spectal Pack and Canvera facilities. The Spectal Pack facility will feature the HP Indigo 25K digital press for agile, low-MOQ personalised production. And the Canvera facility is a world-class photobook facility integrating HP Indigo presses and automated binding systems for mass personalisation.
