Electronic Devices Worldwide's Sigma Flex

Mumbai-based Electronics Devices Worldwide Private Limited will showcase its flagship Sigma range of induction cap sealers at the upcoming trade fair. The company, which operates with more than 45 years of experience, provides tamper-evident and leak-proof packaging solutions for the global FMCG, pharmaceutical, and chemical sectors.

The showcase will feature a range of hardware, starting with the Sigma Flex. This is a portable, air-cooled unit weighing 8kg, designed for laboratory testing or startup environments. For industrial settings, the company will display the Sigma Neo 65, which features a water-tight enclosure with an IP65 rating. This unit is developed for the wash-down requirements of dairy and chemical plants.

The premium offering in the line-up is the Sigma III Touch. This system features digital interfaces and recipe management, which allows operators to save specific parameters for different container sizes to reduce downtime during product changeovers. These induction sealing solutions focus on maintaining product integrity through tamper evidence and preventing leaks during long-distance shipping.

The hermetic seals are designed to extend shelf life by preventing oxidation and contamination. The company is aligning with sustainability themes by promoting the lightweighting of plastic containers and developing air-cooled systems that eliminate the need for water chillers. Marketing director Vivek Chinoy confirmed that the company will provide live demonstrations of the Sigma Capseal brand in Hall 11, Stand F52, from 07 May to 13 May 2026.
