HCCB strengthens leadership with five key appointments
Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) has announced a series of senior leadership appointments across its supply chain, commercial, and human resources functions on 4 February. The moves are aimed at strengthening organisational capability and enhancing execution excellence.

Hemant Rupani, CEO of HCCB, said, "These leadership appointments reflect our focus on building strong execution capabilities across supply chain, commercial, and people functions. As we continue to strengthen execution rigour, deepen organisational capability, and enable scale across our value chain, these leaders will play a critical role in shaping HCCB’s next phase of growth.”
Avinash Kant Kumar has been appointed as the Head of Integrated Supply Chain. He will lead operations with a focus on resilience, efficiency, and scalability. Kumar brings over three decades of experience, joining from Jubilant Foodworks where he served as president. He has previously held leadership roles at McCain Foods, Reliance Retail, and Procter & Gamble.
Vinay Nair takes over as Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for driving commercial strategy and accelerating growth across channels. Nair brings 25 years of experience within the Coca-Cola system.
Ritesh Pratap Singh joins as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). He will lead the company’s culture agenda with a focus on leadership depth. Singh joins from Tata Projects, where he served as CHRO. This appointment marks a return for Singh, who had previously spent several years with HCCB across various HR roles.
Sunaina Dhanuka has been elevated to the role of Head of Strategy, in addition to her current role as chief of staff to the CEO. She will focus on advancing the company's transformation agenda. Dhanuka has previously held positions within the Coca-Cola system in the ASEAN and South Pacific territories, as well as roles at Unilever and Macquarie.
Girish Sivaraman has been appointed as Vice President - Commercial Transformation. He will spearhead go-to-market excellence and sales effectiveness. This also marks a return to HCCB for Sivaraman, who brings experience from Mondelez International, Pepsi, Varun Beverages, and Britannia.
