Huihe India’s integrated bottling technology at PackMach Asia Expo 2025

Jiangsu Huihe Processing and Packaging Machinery India, a prominent manufacturer and exporter of packaging and filling machinery, showcased its bottling technology at PackMach Asia Expo and DrinkTec India 2025.

Huihe India, headquartered in Bengaluru, highlighted its integrated machinery designed for various liquid applications, including water, carbonated soft drinks (CST), and hot liquids.

Speaking to WhatPackaging? at the expo, Pooja Sharma, service engineer coordinator at Huihe India, detailed the specific product on display. “The bottled water filling line includes the blower, filler, and capping,” Sharma explained. “It is used to fill bottles with water, CST, and hot liquids.”

This comprehensive line offers a wide capacity range of 6,000 to 72,000 BPH, with filling handled by either a mechanical or flow-meter valve system. Its extensive product scope covers the complete production process, including the blowing moulding system, air compressor and purification systems, filling and conveying systems, caps sterilisation, sterile air system, labelling machine, carton/film packing machine, palletizer, electric control, engineering design, and construction.

Huihe India is a specialist in providing machinery for customers seeking glass bottle packaging and filling line machinery. The firm’s scope of application extends across sectors such as dairy, viscous liquids, liquid chemicals, and beverages.

The company emphasised its commitment to both product quality and technical support. Huihe India is noted for providing technical assistance for the installation and commissioning of machinery. 

Looking ahead, Sharma commented, “There are so many upcoming projects that are coming in next year — we are looking forward to it.”
