Mad Automation introduces its Adux system during the opening day of Interpack in Dusseldorf, marking a significant update to its portfolio of secondary packaging and end-of-line solutions.
The Italian automation specialist utilises the platform at Messe Dusseldorf to demonstrate the Adux system live to international partners and packaging professionals. The technology is engineered to address the evolving requirements of intralogistics and secondary packaging, focusing on the seamless transition between production and palletisation. By integrating advanced motion control and robotic handling, the system aims to optimise the throughput of case packing and tray loading operations for high-volume manufacturing environments.
The Adux system features a patent-pending design that prioritises compact footprints and modularity, allowing for flexible integration into existing factory layouts. The equipment is designed to handle a diverse range of primary packaging formats with high precision, reducing the risk of product damage during the secondary packaging phase. Additionally, the system incorporates digital monitoring tools to enhance predictive maintenance and operational uptime, aligning with the industry-wide shift toward smart manufacturing and laser-guided vehicle integration within the warehouse.
The Mad Automation technical and sales teams, including Francesco Maurizi and Lorenzo Caroscioli, are stationed at Hall 14, Stand D21 to provide live demonstrations of the system. The launch underscores the company's focus on engineering innovation and technical support, providing a comprehensive solution for manufacturers seeking to automate their end-of-line processes while maintaining high levels of efficiency and reliability in the supply chain.
