Manjushree eyes assets worth USD 150–180-billion: Reports

According to reports by leading business portals, PAG-backed Manjushree Technopack is in talks to acquire four to five assets and may spend USD 150 to 180-million to bolster its offerings. The discussions are still underway.

In November 2024, PAG acquired Manjushree Technopack from US fund Advent International, which sold its majority stake at a valuation of USD one-billion.

PAG made a second investment in the packaging sector after picking up a majority stake in Pravesha Industries for USD 200-million in January.
