Megaplast's FFS films and HDS bags for industrial packaging applications

Megaplast India Private Limited will showcase a portfolio of flexible packaging innovations at the upcoming trade fair. The company will focus its presentation on technical substrates engineered for specific performance and efficiency requirements across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. These solutions will include 100% recyclable monomaterials, aligning with global circular economy goals.

The exhibition line-up will include FFS films and HDS bags. These products are designed for automated, high-speed industrial applications where barrier integrity and tensile strength are critical for high-volume throughput. Utilising raw materials from providers such as ExxonMobil and Dow, the films will offer enhanced protection and cost-effective manufacturing for diverse industrial applications.

For the commercial and residential segments, the company will display its range of trash can liners. These liners are crafted from high-quality blends of HDPE and LLDPE to ensure strength and hygiene. The range will feature multiple sizes and sealing options, including star-sealed, draw-tape, and C-fold configurations, targeting applications ranging from domestic kitchens to industrial environments.

Additionally, the company will present its retail packaging solutions, featuring shopping bags manufactured from premium polyethylene raw materials. These bags will be designed with multiple handle types, gusset options, and printing flexibility to suit requirements from retail checkouts to food service. By participating in the global event, the firm will engage with industry partners to discuss the technical evolution of flexible substrates in the global supply chain.
