Nilkamal exhibited its recyclable PP stacking sheets, positioned as a sustainable and robust alternative to conventional sunboards and printed branding boards. According to the representative, Dhruv Soshte, the sheets are engineered to handle heavy loads, with a single sheet capable of bearing more than 20 kilograms, making them suitable for industrial stacking, storage and transport applications.
The sheets are produced entirely in-house, using recycled plastic that is reprocessed into rigid, high-GSM sheets. These are tailored for use in applications such as bottle stacking, automotive component packaging and other heavy-duty handling environments. Soshte explained that the product’s load-bearing strength, reusability and recyclability make it an attractive option for brands seeking to reduce material waste and transition to circular-economy-aligned substrates.

The response at PackMach India was notably strong, with Nilkamal stating that this sheet was the most enquired-about product at their booth. Visitors recognised its potential as a cost-effective, robust and environmentally responsible replacement to traditional PVC or foam sunboards, especially for point-of-sale branding and heavy-load transport requirements.
The team emphasised that demand for recyclable materials continues to rise, driven by customers prioritising sustainability, durability and end-of-life recoverability.
