The Noida-based packaging machinery specialist presented its latest automation solutions at the exhibition, which ran from 7 to 13 May 2026. The company focused on the integration of secondary packaging systems with primary flow-wrapping lines to assist brand owners in transitioning toward mono-material structures. The exhibition served as a platform to demonstrate how the manufacturer handled the mechanical challenges posed by new sustainable substrates in the global supply chain.
The featured horizontal flow-wrapper operated with a box-motion sealing system to ensure airtight integrity for sensitive food products. The equipment utilised a precision tension control system that managed the delicate handling of thin-gauge films, which often suffered from stretching or distortion on conventional lines. By incorporating long-dwell sealing technology, the machine maintained high production speeds while processing polyolefin-based recyclable laminates that required specific heat-transfer profiles.
Managing director Siva Shankaran said the systems were engineered to meet the stringent leak-proof requirements of the dairy and confectionery sectors. He noted that the primary objective was to reduce material waste by ensuring consistent seal strength across varying micron levels of film thickness.
The design featured a tool-less changeover mechanism and an integrated defect rejection system to minimise downtime on high-volume production floors. These technical refinements allowed converters and brand owners to standardise their primary packaging processes while adhering to international safety and sustainability protocols.
