The print and packaging industry is set for a dynamic year in 2025, with a lineup of exhibitions and forums across the globe showcasing the latest innovations and fostering industry growth. From India to Europe, these events promise to bring together key players, highlight emerging trends, and drive packaging development.
As the second half of 2025 approaches, the packaging industry is geared up for the 12th Speciality Films & Flexible Packaging Global Business Summit & Exhibition on 3 and 4 September at the Reliance Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai where a series of Indian and global speakers will present their thoughts about flexible packaging and its future trajectory. The ElitePlus gathering with more than 2,000 delegates is a crucial platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and the unveiling of cutting-edge technologies.
One of the highlights of 2025 is Anuga Select India 2025, scheduled from 20–22 August at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai. This event is designed to address the evolving needs of the industry, offering a platform for information exchange, product demonstrations, and vital business networking. Anuga Select India will provide in-depth analyses of food and beverage (F&B) developments, product breakthroughs, and the HORECA segment, making it a must-attend for professionals in these areas.
Following this, Labelexpo Europe 2025 will take place from 16-19 September in Barcelona. This premier event for the labeling industry will feature live demonstrations of the newest machinery and materials, alongside discussions on worldwide labeling trends and technology. Labelexpo Europe 2025 is set to be a melting pot of the world’s top suppliers, industry professionals, and innovative vendors.
The renowned K 2025 exhibition is from 8-15 October at the Dusseldorf Exhibition Centre. K 2025 is a leading trade show for the plastics and rubber sector, offering a wide range of products and services. Visitors can expect to see the latest trends and innovations, with a strong emphasis on new solutions and pioneering technologies that have a long-term impact on both the industry and the environment. 169 Indian companies will be exhibiting at Messe Dusseldorf.
Later in the year, Mumbai will host the PackMach Asia Expo from 13-15 November at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. PackMach Asia Expo, an international trade show and conference, will provide an immersive experience of witnessing the latest innovations and solutions in the packaging and processing industries. Building on the success of its 2024 edition, which showcased advanced technologies to corporate visitors from over 41 nations, the 2025 event is expected to be even more impactful. Drinktec India, co-located with PackMach Asia Expo, will bring together the beverage, dairy, and liquid food industries, alternating between Mumbai and Delhi each year.
Rounding off the year in Mumbai is the sixth edition of Cosmoprof India, scheduled from 4-6 December at the Jio World Convention Centre. This event is a key gathering for the beauty community, bringing together brands, organizations, and professionals to source new products and engage with the latest trends. Cosmoprof India will showcase a wide range of product categories, including beauty salon and spa items, equipment and furnishings, hair and nail accessories, natural and organic products, and perfumery, cosmetics, and toiletries.
