Joyson Robinsondas, sales and marketing head, Hilda Automation spoke about the show prospects and how the company received fruitful enquiries and visitors. He said the company displayed all types of packaging machineries, with the speed ranging right from 30 packs per minute (PPM) to 300 PPM.

These machines mainly cater to beverages, along with dairy and cosmetics. “We have coated PET line, glass line and the labelling machines for the same lines,” Robinsondas said. When asked about the bookings, he added, “We have got good potential enquiries from the visitors and customers in this exhibition. Hopefully they will get converted into final deals.”

The packaging machines provided by Hilda are used throughout all packaging operations, involving primary packages to distribution packs. This includes packaging processes: fabrication, cleaning, filling, sealing, combining, labelling, overwrapping, and palletising.

The company’s portfolio also includes labelling and filling machines. These include automatic, mechanical, volumetric, weigh metric, gravimetric filling machines, capping machine, and induction sealing machine.

Hilda Automation has built a variety of pressure sensitive and shrink sleeve product labelling systems. The focus is on bottle labelling solutions for all types and shapes of packages. The machines are equipped with a PLC control and colour touch screen operator interface. This device provides ease of operation, electronic synchronisation of the labelling process and storage of up to 50 products, ideal for packaging lines requiring frequent changeovers.
