UniPack Corrugated has entered the Indian packaging sector through the acquisition of Congzhou Machinery, a manufacturer of corrugated board equipment. This acquisition establishes UniPack India, targeting the INR 50,000-crore corrugated packaging industry.
The company will operate Congzhou’s manufacturing base, which includes over 100 installations across India, South Asia, and Africa. UniPack aims to localise production by setting up two manufacturing plants in India for corrugated lines, rolls, and re-fluting services. Seven spare parts hubs and regional sales offices will support operations across the country.

At launch, Unipack introduces its premier UniCorr product line, featuring high-speed automatic corrugated board plants engineered for manufacturers seeking automation and significant business scaling.
Recognising that robust after-sales support is paramount in the Indian context, Unipack is launching with an extensive customer-focused support infrastructure with regional technical support and spares distribution hubs in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata, and 24/7 technical assistance available in Hindi and major regional languages.
