Vasai–based Edge-Pack manufactures durable sleeve applicators

At PackMach Asia Expo and DrinkTec India 2025, Edge-Pack exhibited the Auto Body Label/Tamper Evident Sleeve Applicator (100BPM) LE-100. This specific model is highlighted for its durability and design features tailored for sensitive production environments. The applicator is designed to match the production requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Key features of the 100 BPM Sleeve Applicator include: a wide working range designed to simplify size changes and routine upkeep, and a large size human-machine interface (HMI) screen capable of saving multiple memory profiles for efficient operation.

While at the event, Edge-Pack showcased a machine model operating at 100 BPM. Deepika Rajagopalan, admin at Edge-Pack, highlighted the company’s high-speed capabilities, noting that their maximum operating speed currently reaches 600 BPM.

The company has set clear objectives for its participation, aiming for significant engagement with potential clients and industry peers. “We are expecting the best outcome, specifically in terms of visibility and display. We are also expecting more customers to visit us,” Rajagopalan said.

Compack, headquartered in Singapore and established in India in 2010 as Edge-Pack, has its manufacturing facility in Vasai in Maharashtra’s Palghar District. The facility allows Edge-Pack to produce a wide range of products, including vertical and horizontal conveyors with shrink tunnels, as well as a steam tunnel with conveyors, L-sealers, side sealers, and semi-automatic wrapping machines.

Edge-Pack is an authorised distributor of Taiwan’s Benison and Co., and caters to the Indian subcontinent with sales, installation, commissioning, and after-sales service support of shrink sleeves and auto sleeve applicators.
