“Artwork Flow was originally launched as an artwork management platform by Bizongo, a vendor digitisation platform with embedded financing,” said Arjita Kulshreshtha, director of growth marketing at Esko.

The deal includes all of Artwork Flow’s assets. “The Artwork Flow product portfolio will slowly be integrated into Esko’s ecosystem of packaging software,” said Kulshreshtha. “Regardless of how the product roadmap progresses, we're committed to providing a seamless solution that helps brands go to market faster with error-free, compliant labels.”

Since its launch in 2022, Artwork Flow has catered to industries that have yet to see widespread digital transformation. Fast-growing brands widely use the platform for managing complex review, approval, and compliance processes.

“Artwork Flow has prided itself on being innovative and technologically forward,” Kulshreshtha noted. “The main mission has always been to empower brands to streamline their packaging, regulatory, and branding processes; and educate them on the need for a single software to do just that.”

With Esko’s expertise in packaging automation, customers will benefit. "Being a part of Esko now allows growing brands to keep the effortlessness going and ensures consistency in the packaging value chain from proofing to plate production,” said Kulshreshtha.

The platform’s customer base includes new product development teams, regulatory affairs professionals, project managers, and marketers. These users will now have access to a broader suite of tools from Esko. “Artwork Flow’s existing customers are innovative, fast-growing brands that require software that can help streamline their reviews, approvals, and compliance processes,” Kulshreshtha explained.

Esko also plans to enhance Artwork Flow’s AI-powered compliance checks by combining them with its existing automation tools, allowing for quicker, more accurate packaging processes. Artwork Flow aligns with Esko’s goal to simplify and digitise packaging management without disrupting existing workflows.

“Right first time is the mantra we live by and help our customers achieve,” Kulshreshtha said. “Consumers get multiple options within the Esko portfolio, helping them with all stages of packaging development, ensuring there aren’t any disparate processes between multiple tools.”

With Artwork Flow, Esko strengthens its position in the packaging software market and furthers its commitment to innovation, efficiency, and integrated digital solutions.
