WP: What does it do?
NM:
It is an automatic positioning system for die-cutting, tag and label, and specialty materials.

WP: Explain what it's suitable for?
NM:
It’s suitable for tag and label and specialty material converting. It can be easily used on most liner materials, including PET, enabling you to run faster with less setup time.

WP: When was it launched?
NM:
It was launched in May 2023

WP: What market is it aimed at?
NM:
It is mainly aimed at the market of tags and labels, and specialty materials that are die cut.

WP: In what way is the product relevant for Indian packaging in the SME sector?
NM:
The system provides improved operator safety, increased uptime, less scrap and waste, and pays for itself in less than a year.

WP: How does it differ from similar products in the market?
NM:
The system can work with almost all liner types, and has tool-less removable blade holders for making blade changes off-line. It has an automated control system for cut depth adjustment.

WP: What is unique about this product?
NM:
It offers automatic and repeatable positioning and cut-depth tuning of score blades, eliminating blade damage during setup and providing a safe, easy to use scoring system. Pays for itself in under a year.

WP: How easy is it to use?
NM:
It has automatic depth setting and trim width control via touch screen, and blade changes can be done off-line and then quickly installed on the machine. The setup can be repeated even while switching materials.

WP: How does it score on the merits like being trouble-free? 
NM:
It is virtually maintenance-free

WP: Any feedback from your customers?
NM:
Our customers are very excited to have it. Mark Andy already put in an order for 20 units. Test customers have ordered multiple units for presses.

WP: What’s the price?
NM:
Depends on press width. Starts around USD 15,000.
