Hubergroup has launched Dynamica, a fast-setting process ink series developed for high-speed commercial offset printing. The inks were introduced to the Indian market at Printpack India 2025.

Designed for coated and uncoated absorbent substrates, the series comprises yellow, magenta, cyan, and two black variants — one alkali-blue and one with higher solvent resistance. All products comply with ISO 2846-1 and ISO 12647-2 standards.

The inks use high pigment loading to enable lower ink film thickness, resulting in quicker setting and compatibility with straight and perfecting presses. Hubergroup says the inks are suitable for both commercial and packaging jobs that require fast post-press handling.

Dynamica is formulated without mineral oil and cobalt driers, meeting Cradle to Cradle material health criteria and allowing IPA-free printing. According to the company, this addresses demand for fast-setting process inks with reduced environmental impact.

Production takes place at Hubergroup’s Silvassa plant for supply to domestic and international markets.

Early feedback from printers has highlighted print gloss, dot sharpness, and ease of reprints. In one case reported by Hubergroup, a printer transitioning to mineral-oil-free requirements for export work cited improved ink mileage and access to necessary compliance documentation.

“Printers told us they wanted fast-setting inks without mineral oil, but with the same performance they already rely on,” said Sunil Jadli, Hubergroup. “Dynamica was developed in close collaboration with customers to meet those practical requirements on press.”

The Dynamica series is available in multiple rheological grades to suit different machine configurations.
