Product Watch: Sitexco Laser Plus
The Sitexco Laser Plus from TEG Technologies, marketed in India by Popli Graphics, has been designed as more than a laser cleaning system. It combines precision hardware, intelligent software, and robust safety features to meet the demanding needs of the flexographic printing industry.

At the core of the system is an optical platform with beam delivery, which ensures consistent engraving depth and uniform results even on complex roller surfaces. Dedicated cooling and dust extraction systems extend the life of the equipment while maintaining a cleaner, safer work environment. According to Aashna Popli of Popli Graphics, “Our modular hardware design means customers can upgrade as their needs evolve, without having to replace the entire machine.”
The software is where Sitexco Laser Plus adds another layer of value. It automates focus, optimises parameters for different materials, and provides complete traceability through job reports. These features reduce operator dependency and deliver repeatable, high-quality outcomes. “The intelligence layer is a real differentiator. It removes the need for constant manual adjustments and provides full traceability,” Popli explains.
Material versatility is another goal. While optimised for ceramic-coated and chrome rollers, the system also handles UV, water-based, and solvent-based inks, adhesives, varnishes, metallic coatings, and silicones. “This versatility is especially valuable in packaging, labels, and corrugated printing, where clean rollers are critical for defect-free production,” notes Popli.
Safety and sustainability have been prioritised in the design. The CE-certified machine operates with the door closed, supported by interlocks, fume extraction, and camera monitoring to keep operators safe. Its fibre laser design delivers very low energy consumption, making it both cost-effective and environmentally efficient.
Beyond installation, Popli Graphics provides operator training, preventive maintenance programmes, and a steady supply of genuine spare parts to minimise downtime. “We make sure our customers not only get fast service and parts but also continuous access to the latest software and hardware upgrades,” Popli says.
Looking ahead, TEG Technologies is expanding the Sitexco range with AI-driven optimisation, robotic integrations, and the new Sitexco Label line. The upcoming L30 model will debut at Labelexpo 2025, further extending the company’s footprint in the label market.
