Ace Technologies marked its 25th anniversary at the show with a wide-ranging showcase covering F&B processing systems, inspection technologies, brewing equipment and its expanding in-house manufacturing capabilities. Namita Sharma, senior executive, marketing F&B and Horeca, said the company has been associated with drinktec India since its inception and now participates in nearly 24 exhibitions a year.
The F&B portfolio includes complete water treatment (WTP), effluent treatment (ETP), sewage treatment (STP) and zero liquid discharge (ZLD) systems used across dairy, beverage and aquaculture sectors. Ace has executed desalination-based systems for the shrimp industry, where temperature control, chemical dosing and filtration are essential for breeding environments. The company has also delivered wastewater and washing-line solutions for clients such as Del Monte’s paneer division in Ludhiana.
On the inspection side, Ace showcased a US-based inline optical inspection system capable of detecting burnt, cracked or deformed bakery products using high-speed camera lenses positioned above, below and through the product flow. Ace supplies the lab-model for display, while full-scale systems run on conveyor belts at customer plants, including installations for GoPro biscuits.
Ace’s brewing vertical, operated in collaboration with Caspary (Germany), features complete brewery setups, keg cleaning, keg filling, pasteurisation and fermentation systems. Installations currently exist in Bangalore and Chandigarh, supported by dispensing units from MicroMatic (Denmark) and chilling systems from Ofrima (Croatia). Ace shared examples such as a 24-tap installation for Grudog, where each tap is connected to individual keg lines supplied and integrated by the company.

The company also highlighted third-party technologies from global partners for bottle inspection, open-can inspection, metal detection (Thermo Scientific) and packaging-line integration. Ace manufactures its own liquid filling machines under Ace Pack Technologies, exporting to international markets and supporting small and mid-sized customers who require end-to-end conveying solutions alongside detection systems.
Central to the showcase was Ace’s emphasis on service, engineering-led customer support and domestic manufacturing. The newly inaugurated state-of-the-art Baroda facility handles production, polishing, welding and testing across nine zones, while the Vasai unit now serves as the R&D centre, housing more than 20 designers and a dedicated FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) room for customer audits. The company said customer confidence in its indigenous manufacturing has grown significantly, with buyers increasingly preferring local builds over imports.

The Horeca and bakery segments also form a critical part of the portfolio, with Ace supplying mixers, grinders and other systems used in lab-testing and small-batch innovation at major brands like Britannia. With a customer base ranging from HCCB and Pernod Ricard to PepsiCo and carbonated-beverage plants, Ace positions itself as a knowledge-driven engineering group focused on both machinery and industry education.
Sharma said the company sees a clear shift in customer expectations at drinktec India: buyers are now actively requesting locally manufactured, innovation-led equipment rather than imported platforms, signalling greater confidence in Indian engineering and Ace’s expanding capabilities.
