Ace Technologies showcases integrated F&B processing and brewery systems
At PackMach Asia Expo and drinktec India, jointly organised by Messe Muenchen India and IPMMI, Ace Technologies highlighted its complete F&B equipment portfolio spanning water treatment, bakery inspection systems, brewing solutions and indigenous liquid filling lines

Ace Technologies celebrated its 25th anniversary at the show with a comprehensive showcase featuring food and beverage processing systems, inspection and packaging solutions, end-of-line technologies, as well as microbrewery and taproom brewing equipment, underscoring its expanding in-house manufacturing capabilities. Namita Sharma, lead – marketing F&B and HoReCa, renowned for her strategic expertise in marketing and communications, highlighted the company’s long-standing association with Drinktec India. She noted that Ace has participated since the event’s inception and now takes part in over 16 exhibitions annually, reflecting its steadfast commitment to innovation, close customer engagement, and industry leadership.
The food and beverage portfolio includes complete water treatment (WTP), effluent treatment (ETP), sewage treatment (STP) and zero liquid discharge (ZLD) systems used across dairy, beverage and aquaculture sectors. Ace has executed desalination-based systems for the shrimp industry, where temperature control, chemical dosing and filtration are essential for breeding environments. The company has also delivered water treatment solutions for clients who are A listers in the dairy segment for example for their paneer, cheese and curd lines.
On the inspection side, Ace showcased a US-based Sightline a product from KPM as these inline optical inspection system are capable of detecting burnt, cracked or deformed bakery products using high-speed camera lenses positioned above, below and through the product flow. Ace supplies the lab model for display, while full-scale systems run on conveyor belts at customer plants, including installations for biscuits, buns, tortillas for all the leading bakery manufacturers in India.
Ace’s brews and spirits vertical, operated in collaboration with Caspary (Germany), features complete microbrewery setups, M&F Kegtechnik expertise in keg cleaning, keg filling, pasteurisation and fermentation systems. Installations currently exist in Bangalore and Chandigarh, supported by dispensing units from MicroMatic (Denmark) and chilling systems from Oprema (Croatia). Ace shared examples such as one of its kind installation in India where a single plate has 24-tap installation for brewdog, where each tap is connected to individual keg lines supplied and integrated by the company, beautifully crafted for enriching the beer tap room concept.
The company also highlighted technologies from global partners for bottle inspection, open-can inspection Filtec – a part of KRESTEL vision group who are industry masters for beverage inspection lines widely regarded as an industry pioneer renowned for delivering high-precision, high-reliability inspection systems tailored specifically for modern beverage production lines , Thermo Scientific’s advanced metal detection and checkweigher systems were also featured, offering highly accurate contaminant detection and precise weight verification to ensure uncompromising product quality and regulatory compliance across high-speed production environments , packaging-line integration. Ace designs and manufactures an advanced portfolio of liquid filling machines under its Ace Pack Technologies division, exporting these solutions to global markets. The company is especially committed to empowering small and mid-sized manufacturers by delivering fully integrated, end-to-end conveying systems paired with state-of-the-art detection technologies. Central to Ace’s showcase was the company’s strong focus on service excellence, engineering-driven customer support, and the strength of its domestic manufacturing capabilities. The newly inaugurated state-of-the-art Baroda facility manages end-to-end operations including production, polishing, welding, and testing across nine specialised zones, complemented by a dedicated Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) room designed for seamless customer audits. Meanwhile, the Vasai unit has been repurposed as a research and development centre, driving innovation and product development. The company highlighted that customer confidence in its indigenous manufacturing has grown markedly, with an increasing number of buyers showing a preference for locally built solutions alongside selective imported technologies.
