At PMAE 2025, Infinity Automated Solutions will be showcasing solutions designed to improve efficiency, consistency, and productivity across industries such as FMCG, food, pharma, and home care.
The company’s highlight at the show will be the ICP-120 – an automatic case packer for biscuit packaging that redefines speed, precision, and reliability in case-packing. Alongside, it will also exhibit automatic cartoning systems, pouch bundling and baling machines, conveying and feeding systems, and other customised automation solutions tailored to specific packaging challenges.
Infinity’s focus this year is on smart automation — integrating advanced control systems, high-speed mechanisms, and user-friendly interfaces to help manufacturers reduce manpower stress, enhance packaging accuracy, and accelerate their time to market.
Shripad Kurlekar, business development head, Infinity Automated Solutions spoke to the WhatPackaging? team and shared the company’s excitement towards the show. He said, “As pioneers in secondary and end-of-line packaging solutions, we view this exhibition as a strategic platform to showcase our latest innovations, connect with industry leaders, and understand emerging trends shaping the future of packaging.”
Infinity Automated Solutions is expanding its presence across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa, with a growing number of partnerships and installations in the FMCG, food, and pharmaceutical sectors.
The company’s recent milestone includes the launch of the ICP-120 — an automatic case packer for biscuit packaging, which Kurlekar said, has received strong interest from leading manufacturers for its speed, precision, and reliability.
“We are also in discussions with several multinational brands for integrated end-of-line automation projects, reinforcing Infinity’s position as a trusted partner for complete secondary and tertiary packaging solutions. Our focus remains on delivering innovative, high-performance automation systems that drive productivity and operational excellence for our clients worldwide,” Kurlekar added.
He believes that PMAE provides an opportunity to engage with potential partners, clients, and decision-makers, while demonstrating how Infinity’s intelligent automation solutions help manufacturers enhance productivity, reduce manual dependency, and accelerate time-to-market.
Infinity’s goal is to highlight India’s growing potential in packaging technology and reinforce the company’s commitment to delivering efficient, sustainable, and future-ready automation systems for diverse industries.
Infinity Automated Solutions aims to introduce its latest innovations, exchanging ideas with technology partners, and exploring new markets across India and overseas.
When asked about the trends in the packaging machinery industry, Kurlekar said, “The industry is undergoing a major transformation. Today, manufacturers are focusing on smart and connected packaging lines that enhance efficiency, ensure consistency, and minimise downtime through real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance.”
Another strong trend according to him, is flexibility — machines designed to handle multiple packaging formats and quick changeovers to meet the growing demand for product variety. Energy-efficient and eco-friendly solutions are also taking center stage, as companies aim to reduce waste and carbon footprint.
Infinity Automated Solutions sees the future of packaging being defined by intelligent automation, where advanced motion controls, robotics, and data-driven insights work together to deliver faster, safer, and more sustainable packaging operations.
Kurlekar believes that India is embracing advanced automation, robotics, and digital integration to enhance productivity and ensure consistent packaging quality. He said, “The shift from manual or semi-automatic operations to fully automated secondary and end-of-line solutions is driving significant improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability.”
When asked about the industry outlook from a business perspective, he said, “With India’s strong manufacturing base and growing focus on smart factories, we believe the country is well-positioned to become a global hub for packaging innovation and machinery manufacturing.”
