The initiative celebrates women who ignite excellence and leadership within the printing and packaging industries, further solidifying PrintWeek’s commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion.
This year, the Awards return with two brand new categories.
The first, is HR Leader of the Year, which recognises an HR professional who has redefined people practices with empathy, innovation and impact. From talent acquisition to culture building, this individual has created meaningful experiences across the employee lifecycle — championing diversity, mental wellness, learning, and leadership. The nominee should have demonstrated measurable outcomes in employee engagement, retention, or transformation.
The second is the Execution Excellence Award, which honours a professional who has been the invisible engine of excellence — ensuring stability, scalability, and seamless execution behind the scenes. Whether it’s managing people, processes, or places — particularly in administration and operations. The nominee must have demonstrated a consistent track record of operational effectiveness, process optimisation, and proactive problem-solving.
Nominees can self-nominate or nominate other women or teams that have made a meaningful impact on the community. The eligibility period for the awards is from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.
The applications will be reviewed and analysed by a five-member jury, composed of industry leaders in the field of print, packaging and design. The selection process will be confidential and the jury's decision will be final.
A shortlist will be released for each of the 15 categories one week before the award winners are announced through an online event. Also, a Women To Watch Awards edition will be published by PrintWeek.
To participate in the awards, applicants must complete online registration and submit a minimum 500-word summary of their nominee's objectives, vision, leadership, creativity, innovation, achievements, and reach (local and global impact).
Supporting documents and testimonials are also required. The application must be endorsed with a no-objection certificate from the company’s senior management or business owner.
