McCain Foods India announced a brand transformation, unveiling a refreshed brand identity, contemporary logo, and vibrant new packaging at an immersive event in Ahmedabad. This strategic move, marked by the presence of McCain Foods India managing director Mainak Dhar and long-term brand ambassador Karisma Kapoor, along with local farmers and industry partners, signals the company's renewed commitment to real food, responsible sourcing, and meaningful connections within Indian households.
The launch event in Ahmedabad, a city symbolic of McCain’s initial journey in India, emphasised the company's dedication to authenticity, community, and genuine connections.
Mainak Dhar, managing director of McCain Foods India, said, "This transformation is deeply rooted in our pride for the farmers who grow our ingredients, the dedicated teams who bring our products to life, and the families who welcome McCain to their tables." As per a press note shared by McCain Foods, the revamped packaging aims to bring global standards to the Indian market while maintaining local relevance, focusing on improved shelf visibility, freshness, and a premium appeal. It also highlights everyday family moments and social gatherings where McCain products seamlessly fit in, repositioning frozen food as fresh, natural, and restaurant-quality snacks that foster togetherness.
